Onyx Property Solutions is currently seeking high quality properties to provide accommodation to corporate and professional tenants in the South London area.

We are looking rent properties with 3 plus bedrooms and 2 or more reception rooms from landlords on a long term let. We are ideally looking for terms of 2 to 5 years, and we will pay an agreed rental figure each month for the entire rental period. We are looking for high quality properties within in South West London and surrounding areas.

We will rent individual rooms on a single occupancy basis to working professionals only. We source the tenants, we do the credit and reference checks, we do the inventory and the check in, tenancy agreement, we furnish the property if needed, carry out all minor maintenance, regular inspections and arrange for a cleaner and gardener where required for the communal shared areas.
