I've just had a new central boiler installed after my old one packed up.Jamie from Onyx Plumbing came to inspect the old boiler the same day I called him. Due to the age of the boiler I decided to have it replaced rather than throw good money after bad in having it repaired, although there was no "hard sell" from Jamie. Jamie suggested a number of other optional extras I could consider, again no "hard sell" he simply explained the benefits & left me to decideI received his estimate on Friday which was very reasonable & I was happy to accept.He started work on Monday saying he would aim to complete in 2 days & kept to this although it meant working till 9pm on the second day to restore heatingI'm very pleased with the job done, all very neat & tidy & would have no hesitation in recommending Onyx Plumbing to anyone.Thank you Jamie More...

I telephoned Onyx, spoke with Jamie, he came the same day, taps fixed. So in a nut shell, absolutely fabulous service. Jamie is an honest guy, easy to talk to and extremely good at what he does. Jamie from Onyx Plumbing is an absolute hero, we recently had a burst pipe which flooded the house, after a quick call to Jamie he talked me through how to turn the mains water off and before I finished the call he was on the door step to stop leak and get us through the night before returning promptly in the morning to fix the pipe and leave us safe and sound again.
