Excellent service. I sent 1TB hard disk to ontrack. Hard disk stopped working and failed to pass a short test. It was not recognizing partitions when I connect it to any computer. Ontrack recovered all the data and sent a new hard disk back all within less than a week. I definitely recommend their service. Very professional and very quick.They did say you can see a list of file names before you accept the quote, but in the email, they said they can recover all the data.The price might a bit high but to be honest data itself very expensive to lose these days, so no complaints there. Also, they do not charge money if they cannot recover the data, and of course, they take an image of the disk so the recovery attempt is not directly on the disk if you need to send it somewhere else or something.The only thing I would change, can you please not ship with FedEx they are unreliable and dropped the package somewhere else.Thank you. Brilliant service. Was kept informed through the whole process. Was told by local computer repair shop that it was a total loss. Found these guys and they got everything off my old external hard drive. Was a little bit more expensive than I first thought. I thought I'd lost 2TB of data from my last year of work but OnTrack managed to recover 95% of it after a mechanical fault inside the drive. Communication from Jacob at OnTrack was clear, concise and he was always quick to respond to my queries. After payment, the drive was returned to us in less than 24 hours and we are delighted with the service we have received. The file listing report we requested was perfect for us to see what could be recovered before making the full payment and all of the information we received was easy to understand and never overly complex, considering the technical nature of the fault. Ontrack is a life saver!! Omg I am so ecstatically happyyyy with their service and data recovery!! I have to leave an in-depth review…nothing less! My phone one day decided it didn’t want to turn on anymore… it clearly wanted even more attention. A power failure…hmmm.. I tried to find various solutions, replacing the battery, replacing the charger. That didn’t work. I sent it to a phone repairs shop which tried but couldn’t fix it, they said there was a problem with the “motherboard” of the phone, to which they advised I try a specialist & recommended Ontrack, saying they were “one of the best out there”.My main purpose was to restore the phone in order to retrieve the memo notes that where on there, there were approximately 3000notes!!!I love writing and typed so much so you can imagine the panic when this issue arose. I thought I’ve spent years writing and now all is gone. It is a hard lesson to learn but backing-up information is essential.After contacting Ontrack, they were very clear about the process of their service. And I was very happy with the price £420…for something that means a lot to me, it was a small price to pay. I was sooooo happpyyy when they informed me of their data recovery….I kept saying omg omg in my thank you email. They were very helpful, with any technical queries since then.I want to say thank you so much for all your hard work. You all have really answered my prayers!! Ontrack were excellent. I had a personal hard drive that had corrupted and nobody on the high street could help. I had been referred to Ontrack as a last resort. They are very expensive but it is well worth it to retrieve the data. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, even to the point where they were especially printing off forms and shipping labels and posting them out to me as I don't have access to a printer. I am sure they mostly deal with corporate clients but they were excellent in dealing with an individual and I am very pleased with the results.
