Had a great time here getting my licence. Mark’s training style is right up my street. No nonsense, no messing, tells you exactly what you do wrong and how to improve- if you can listen and take fair criticism Mark will get you through. Get off the bikes and into the office and Marks one of the nicest blokes you could meet. Became a good friend during my training and I would thoroughly recommend him! If you're reading this then my guess is you're either considering doing your training or CBT and wanting to get a feel and understanding of local bike training schools in the Rugby/Cov/Warwickshire areas or scouting around in prep. ...If that's you.....then read on.I took my CBT elsewhere in the local area. It was ok....felt I did well and learned a lot from my trainer so no real complaints. Distance was a little far though for me to travel. However I wanted to do my DAS as easily and hassle free as possible and sent off several mails to different training schools. Mark was back in touch almost immediately and after a 10 minute call it was clear that I felt he was the guy to get my training with.Mark's style of teaching is 'direct' , quite 'full on' and he really knows his stuff and lets you away with pretty much nothing. He'll tell you when you make a mistake or can improve.... That's a seriously good thing in my opinion. You are there to learn and to ride safely, pass your tests Mod1 and Mod2 and take up biking for all sorts of reasons and also to ride as safely as you can on today's roads. Over the course of around 4-5 weeks (I just checked my first reply email from him....it was 5 weeks ago) Mark has sensibly, safely and professionally taken me from a CBT completion rider to my MOD2 pass yesterday. I had 4 minors but I passed and that's what this is about.I'm by no means experienced yet and I'm planning on going back with some time just to polish up and buff off some of my poorer skills but for now I'm delighted to say I passed both MOD1 and MOD2 first time under his instruction.Listen to what he says. Do what he says. If you want to pass your test and be a safe rider and enjoy biking he's a great instructor. He's never going to feedback to you with sugar icing and a cherry on the top.....he is direct but that one time he pulls you up for a rider mistake might just be the one thing that saves your life in the future.....and that has to be a good thing.Thanks Mark - all the best ! I have recently passed my motorcycle test first time with Rugby Rider and Mark. Mark's a great guy, to the point and always puts the safety of the rider first. Having completed my CBT, I passed my theory, Mod 1 and Mod 2 all within 5 weeks - which has been excellent. Would definitely recommend to my friends looking to learn to ride, as I know he'd be honest and make sure they got the training they required. More...

Feel bad as I should of posted this years ago but if this group of instructors could take me from a 125 - full licence they can teach anybody lol I can't remember my main instructors name I just remember he used to be a copper so definitely had to make sure I was on the ball around him lol I'll never forget the ride back from Leicester as I passed my full license I was grinning from ear to ear

I have just finished my my bike training with Rugby Rider Training and have not only passed my bike test first time but have also gained loads of excellent knowledge at the same time. Mark is the instructor and he has something like 25 years experience in this game which makes him one of the best around here. He will train you professionally and make sure that you are 100% ready for your test. He has a very high pass rate and i can see why.Another point worth adding is that Rugby Rider Training only uses bikes that are less than 2 years old, which was one of the original reasons why I chose this place. I had taken my CBT with another local company and the bikes were like scrap and I felt very unsafe on there bikes.I highly recommend you to use this company for any of your rider training. More...

I wouldn't miss any of Emily's workshops and seminars!! They are so inspiring and tell you so much in a way that is easy to understand. I did have a 1-1 session with her a couple of weeks later and have done twice a year since Online did my website, Facebook page etc etc. I am now trying out some Facebook Boosts as this is apparently the best way to promote my B&B' Apples in Rutland'. Emily has recommended a spend of ONLY £5 per week which isn't going to break the bank and a good way to start!!
