Joanne was excellent. We had a lesson to learn a dance for the first section of our song. Joanne was quick in communication and flexible with when she could come for our lesson. She was fantastic in showing us how to do the steps and put us at total ease when we were unsure of what we were doing. We had our first dance lesson on Tuesday which i won, and to be honest my parnter wasnt very keen, but from the minute Joanne walked in, we were felt so reassured and confident. She is so down to Earth and helpful, wonderful teacher would highly recommend. What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is how rewarding it is.
Receiving videos and photos of couples at their Wedding dancing their first dance makes me so happy. Seeing how much laughter is created on the Hen parties makes all the time I spend choreographing completely worth it! Along making children at birthday parties feel like total superstars!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had an 8 year professional dance career which took me on contracts around the world working in Greece, Cyprus and even China for up to 8 months of year. However meeting my partner meant I could no longer work away from home so many months of the year and in between contracts I worked for other companies teaching all of the services I provide now but mainly based down south. So being home made me realize how much I really missed Performing and Teaching that I thought I would start up my own business and it is honestly one of the best decisions I have made. I love all aspects of running this business and receive such amazing feedback.
