One Step Ahead Psychology Services is a private practice owned and run by Registered Psychologist Dr Sarah Dawes.

Psychology sessions are available now, offering tailored packages specific to your needs from the comfort of your own home!

A friendly welcoming online facility is aimed at individuals who have identified difficulties in their lives that are creating problems for them or stop them from reaching their full potential within their day to day activities, relationships, business or social affairs. Gaining support from a psychologist does not mean that you need to have a diagnosable condition, it may be that you have experienced a crisis or that you have reached an obstacle that is difficult to overcome. Working with you, your psychologist can help identify barriers to success, gain an understanding of presenting problems and support you in developing the skills needed to bring about meaningful change. This may be by managing daily stressors in the most effective way possible or enhancing motivation to take action and make a difference to your own quality of life.

**With the current outbreak of COVID-19 online therapy can be a useful tool to maintain mental health support and connection while social distancing or self-isolating. Sessions have been discounted as a result of the current climate.

Initial consultations have been reduced to £10 from £25 (10- 15 minutes).
Follow up sessions are now £90 rather than the usual £120 (50-60 minutes).
