Contacted Craig and One Property when i needed a substantial fence project in the back garden and driveway but wasnt sure what style i wanted and having been let down at least 10 times by other companies who couldnt even be bothered to come and quote. Craig provided 3 separate quotations for the different work and was in constant communication throughout, explaining the different fences and gates available.Photos were sent to me throughout the erection as i was working away, and to say i wasnt disappointed is an understatementThe fence ,over 45m, is fantastic and the workmanship is superb along the entire length of the fence and looks stunning in the design i chose.Great service, superb workmanship, good communication, quality materials used and it is clear from talking to Craig he is not going to leave any job that isnt 100% correct.Cannot recommend enough and am getting Craig back to block pave my driveway in the near future More...

Craig and his team were marvellous from start to finish.I first contacted him in July with a view to cladding the fascias and replacing the guttering on the house. I tried several firms but he was the only one to reply. He came round to the house next day and gave me a rough estimate. Craig was very honest and said he would do the job but he was extremely busy at that time. In my opinion having plenty of business is always a good sign I was happy as long as the work was done before the winter.He said he would be back in contact and true to his word he texted me in October. We arranged a time slot to do the work and a detailed price. In the meantime I had had a price from a bigger firm that was £400 more expensive but using materials of a similar quality.Craig and Martin turned up as arranged and were friendly and professional at all times. Craig takes great pride in his work and asked several times what I thought as the job progressed. It was not all straightforward. Some of the work having to be carried out above a conservatory attached to the house. However he quickly found a solution to the problem. Look no further than this company if you require work done within their scope. Our requirement was for a garden pond without knowing exactly what we wanted. From the initial visit from Craig and listening to his ideas we felt immediately confident about him. His quote was well below our anticipated costs and other companies. The job was carried out to the highest standard, on schedule, no hidden extras, we were extremely happy with the finished product. Craig is full of ideas, takes on everything personally about selecting the equipment and materials as well as the installation of equipment. Whatever the job is, don’t hesitate to contact Craig at One Property Maintenance!!!I rarely do reviews, people have to be really good or really bad for me to take the time to write about it. This guy is seriously good. We wanted something very specific, a pond replacement with a stream and waterfall. We got four different companies to come and look at the job, and One Property Maintenance stood head and shoulders above the rest for knowledge and passion. Craig’s vision for the project was second to none, and the finished work surpassed all our dreams. The stream, waterfall and pond are nothing short of BEAUTIFUL. Three tons of rock were used and Craig did most of the work himself. What a grafter! He’s the old fashioned type of worker who believes in doing a great job and not stopping until it is perfect. He is very knowledgeable and if he doesn’t know something he will research it until he knows everything about it. If anything goes wrong he will put it right. The stream had a small leak which was difficult to find and Craig came back every day until he found it and sorted it out. This was after he had been paid for the job – so this company are not like some of the fly-by-night ones who disappear as soon as they get their money. One Property Maintenance CARES – a value with is rare nowadays. Two of my fish died when the original pond was taken out – just one of those things, koi get easily stressed. Craig bought me five koi to replace them!! I had never met Craig or his team before they did this job, so I have nothing to gain from this review. My daughter contacted O.P.M on Monday to ask Craig to call to give me an estimate to replace my fence. Craig called round on Tuesday and started the job on Thursday. Craig and David did a marvelous job. The fence is 72 feet in length, they put planks down to protect the grass and my new fence was up by Saturday morning. This is a 5* rating for a 5* service. Craig came to our house at 8pm on a Friday evening after what could only be described as a cowboy had spent 2 days attempting to erect a fence and failed miserably! We were left with half a fence, our garden exposed to the cut that we live on and 2 dogs that had to be on leads to go for a wee in their own back yard. Craig gave us sound advice and a quote and started work within a few days. We now have a fantastic new fence made out of excellent quality wood to an extremely high standard. We really appreciated Craig’s common sense approach and excellent work ethic and we would not hesitate to recommend One Property Maintenance to family and friends or anybody that wants a really good job doing for a fair price. I could only ever rate Craig and his workmen as excellent overall. We have recently moved house and needed a gate and fencing erected of a certain style in keeping with a period property but also safe enough to keep our dogs secure.
This is the second time we have used One Property Maintenance and both times Craig has turned up on time to look at the work required, talked through the job in detail and given really helpful advice. On the day the job is due to start Craig and his workmen turn up on time – to me this is a quality sadly lacking in most tradesmen under the age of 60 these days, there is nothing worse than getting the house ready for a job to start and receiving a text the night before to say we won’t be coming tomorrow it will be next week now. This does not happen with One Property Maintenance and this is one of the many reasons we will definitely be using them again.
Certainly 100% recommend Craig.

Large garden clearance. Craig came round to quote for the job, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and I immediately accepted his quote and he didn’t disappoint. Arrived first thing on Monday, as Craig stated they would, despite the rain, put in a full day of backbreaking graft, only stopping when it was too dark to continue and they returned the very next morning to complete, as promised. Would definitely recommend! I’ve already requested a quote for a future project and will also continue to use them for garden maintenance. So pleased to find a reliable company that appears decent, honest and true to their word and passionate about their work. Craig was forthcoming with creative Ideas on how to improve the appearance and use of the garden, which was very helpful and refreshing. Thanks one property maintenance for the excellent work done on our back fence. They came next day after I called to quote and the following week to take down and erect the new fence. I was surprised at the speed in which they worked. The old fence was down in less than one hour and we had the old type of concrete posts, which had been there an age. The new fence went up in one and a half days. The finish is excellent. The price was in the same price range we had been quoted from others, but we choose one property maintenance as they were the most proffesional and helpful for the same price.
