I booked On The Day to supply their bar and selfie pod for my wedding and I was not disappointed. The bar looked great, it was stocked well with fab prices and had staff who were friendly and very helpful. Booking with Laura was very easy and she was always there to answer a question or help out with anything. When I met with Laura I knew straight away I had the right person to go ordinate our big fat JAMAICAN wedding. She has a calm friendly manor but knows the expected standard without me having voted day. Laura was always on hand to answer any queries via email,text or telephone and had and had everything in order on the day. Working alongside 2 photographers, a videographer, 11 groomsmen and 10 bridesmaids (including children) collecting up flowers, confetti, order of services, instructing the bridal party, ushering guests out of the church and I imagine MUCH MORE because she made our day run SO SMOOTHLY! Laura was so so amazing on our wedding day. We had a completely DIY wedding and just wanted some help with the running and organising of things on the day. We are wedding caterers and worked alongside Laura at a wedding yesterday. The day was amazing and ran very smoothly. We had a couple of technical hitches one of them being a power cut hence no electricity. Laura immediately set about trying to rectify the situation by sourcing a generator ( in case it was needed). Right from the start, On the day events were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was clear & prompt & they were very accommodating of any special requests we had. Their prices & target amount are very reasonable & a lot more realistic than other companies I looked at. We had a choice of bar styles and it included glasses, paper straws, fresh lemons/ limes & all necessary trimmings & a very good range & choice of drinks.The staff were smart, professional but very approachable & friendly. They greeted the guests with trays of drinks as that arrived & very discreetly tidied up throughout the night.At the end of the evening, they took complete responsibility for clearing up & removing the bar, which they did very efficiently. We got married on 10th November at a dry hire venue. This meant the level of co-ordination goes up a notch in terms of planning. We started working with Laura with about 2-3 months left to go before our big day and from the first moment we were immediately put at ease and felt confident that she would deliver a first class day for us based on her level of knowledge and recommendations provided with how the day should be run.Laura's approach is very professional but also completely personalised. Her attention to detail down to the final little touches was amazing. The rooms for the wedding reception and ceremony looked incredible and that's all down to Laura taking our initial ideas and creating something that was beyond our vision. Wedding Coordination
You’ve found your suppliers, you’ve drawn up the timeline, you’ve ticked every box and sorted all the details.
Now is your time to stop. To relax. To enjoy your big day. All the work that you have put in has been building up to this moment, so why work this hard to arrange an unforgettable event if you then still have to continue working on the big day?
This is your moment to chill out and enjoy the event you have created. Not to spend the whole day stressing, checking timelines and managing suppliers, so we take control of everything.
That’s why you employ us!
When we work with you, we offer as a minimum, a 6 weeks liaison period with all suppliers in the run up to the wedding.
We will also meet with you in person, preferably at the venue to run through the day and create a detailed timeline for every aspect of the big day.
We then take control of every aspect of the day itself, from first delivery to last guest to leave.
Wedding planning- full planning
If you have nothing more than a vision, maybe just the basic outline of how you imagine your wedding to look, then we’ve got you.
Our full planning package includes our initial consultation, when we get to know you as a couple so we ensure the design and styling elements are perfectly “you”.
We can source and liaise with all of your suppliers, making sure that they are a perfect fit for your wedding.
We will also deal with contracts, finances, and basically be there for you at every step of your journey with regular update meetings

Partial Wedding Planning
So let’s say you’ve sorted your venue and most of the suppliers but now as the big day creeps closer, you really just want to focus on your honeymoon planning! Or perhaps even the thought of managing and responding to all your RSVPs gives you a headache. Maybe contracts and invoices aren’t your thing and you just need someone to manage all those “boring” bits leaving you to get your teeth into the fun stuff!
In that case, our partial wedding planning service is just what you need.
We have a long list of tasks that we can take on for you, but you can of course come up with your own list! There are no set number of services, just let us know what needs doing and we will take it from there.
This works beautifully for couples who don’t like admin, or just need a helping hand on their journey.
