We had been considering having our ancient boiler replaced for a while and decided to get it done during lockdown. Turned out we needed a complete new central heating system as our old radiators were badly coroded and it would not have been cost effective long term just to have the boiler fitted. I can't recommend Mark highly enough. His attitude and professionalism was first class. We knew this was going to be a big, time consuming job but Mark just got on with it and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. Just my luck for my old back boiler to die on me during the coldest weather, but I was lucky to have been given Mark's number. He came out to view the job the same day and the following week I had a new boiler relocated and fitted in my kitchen! Not just Plumbing and Heating! Mark tiled our bathrooms and en suite, ensuring all correct procedures with regards to laying the correct support for the floor tiles. Attention to detail, best value and finishing touches set him apart as does the work ethic. British Gas fitted our boiler and when Mark serviced it he listed all the things they did wrong which enabled us to get them back and get them to refit it correctly!
