The young lady worked hard and did an excellent job

Lydia visited our place and based on the jobs requested, she said it is a 10 hours worth of job and it will cost us £160. We readily agreed for the job without negotiating the price . Infact we paid her £16 per hour as she said that is her per hour charge being a bank holiday weekend. Other days she charges £15 per hour. She came in at 9.00am and suddenly at 1.30pm after four and a half hours, she starts yelling at us saying 10 hours is done and I am leaving. Then she tells us because 2 people are working, 10 hours is done. This is absurd. She assessed the job and quoted a price which we agreed. Now if her people couldn’t finish the job on time, instead of politely requesting for additional time, she starts to shout and demand extra money for the same job. Since we had no option we paid her an additional £16 but still she left without completing the job. We feel cheated. More...

Olia team understand our jobs are done in our customers properties but we should not accept abuse or harassment in any form. my voice was raise due to the fear from being physically hit and not able to able to accept my team being screamed. We have change our quotes from verbal to written to avoid misunderstanding. We take every reviews and learn from then for improvement. Thank you

I can HIGHLY recommend Olia Cleaning. My daughter moved into a new home and it was filthy. She needed a cleaner the next day to help her and her family. I hired Lydia for a one-off clean before moving into a new house with my family. The place was completely empty and generally not very dirty at all. She charged me an extra 1.5 hours on top of the 6 hours, as apparently needed the extra time. I accepted this in good faith. Turns out she and her 2 staff didn't even finish the job (two staff were standing around chatting 5 mins before the end). I found grime all inside the kitchen drawers, windows, bathroom taps etc. I sent her photos of some of it - which she acknowledged - but she has refused me any refund. She offered to come 2 days later to finish the job. She knew I had to move in with 2 small kids so needed to clean it myself asap. She also offered me a discount on future services (as if I would rehire her!). Lydia absolutely refuses me any compensation despite having charged me extra and leaving the place less than clean. Unacceptable from supposed professional cleaners. Steer well clear. More...

Lydia is very responsive over the phone and was on time for the work. She cleaned kitchen and bathroom perfectly. While doing so the team did not put any covers on their shoes and while walking from the bathroom to the kitchen, they ruined my carpet. When I noticed it later they put covers but the damage was already done. Lydia steam cleaned it when asked but certainly it did not help. The quality of the deep clean (including sparkling oven and fridge) after I had sold my house was fantastic and the team were polite, friendly and prompt. The only reason not to give them 5 stars is that they dumped their old broken vacuum cleaner on my drive, for which I had to apologise to my new house buyers! More...

Lydia was very nice on the phone and in person as well. She was very quick to get back to my posting, she always picked up the phone and she was easy to communicate with. I asked them to do everything as quick as possible as our landlord covered only part of the costs, and they were very quick to work. Although there were a few bits that weren't perfectly cleaned, I chalk it up the them trying to finish everything asap. Also, the state of the property was very bad when they started. 5 hours for a deep clean on a small 3 bed terrace that had been refurbished so was not at all grimey just dusty and cobwebs etc from being vacant for 6 months, house still full of cobwebs and spiders in the corners of ceilings, floor very dirty had definitely not been hoovered into the corners or mopped going by the colour of the wipes when I wiped over it myself. Very disappointed! Looks like 1 to 2 hours work at most. More...

You instructed to have not more than 4 hours and focus on the hard job like bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, cupboard, floor, windows and leave the rest as cannot afford more hours. I was very happy with the cleaner. However, the manager had told me that the price would be £15 per hour up to 5 hours, and then £10 per hour for more than 5 hours. When I saw that the maid might need extra time to complete the deep clean, I phoned the manager to discuss the discount; she flatly denied having told me any such thing. More...

Hello, Thank you for your review but never mentioned £10per hour for Deep cleaning and Disinfection. You ask if can be less and mentioned about PPE it will be impossible to reduce it. Total hours were 4 hours 50 minutes. Thank you

Requested cleaning throughout. Kitchen sink, oven and washing machine as per request was very good. However no real cleaning above higher cabinets which had to be done by myself latter. Bedrooms were not cleaned underneath furniture and ceilings and skirtings. This meant rubbish left by previous tenants was still under beds. Cleaners advice they do not move furniture. Therefore you need to realise that they do not clean under furniture and high level. Hence had to clean bedrooms again afterwards. Toilets and bathrooms were cleaned but again had to clean in parts again as black mould was still visible. Advice, ok to use these cleaners for daily clean but need to make clear for more thorough end of tenancy clean. More...

Hello Atwal, we were hired to work per hour and also asked us to work around you as you are doing painting and insist at a point you cannot pay more than the hours we have worked. We did and also asked for free carpet cleaning and was done and also said you cannot pay more hours and we came back third time to help you out for free for 5 hours.

Efficient response within hours. Cleaning quality is outstanding. My home has never been that clean. Only down side is the final payment was twice the quote as they sent 2 cleaners.
