OB have helped up with a variety of residential developments where our clients have been looking for someone to increase the development value through creative, exciting design.
Most recently, Olly, Grant and the team have helped us achieve planning permission for a large headquarters office building in central Salisbury. The site was a tricky one, with the Planners at the council determined to only accept something very ordinary. OB helped us convince the planners that excellent quality contemporary design would really improve this gateway site and planning was achieved in June 2017.
I would highly recommend this friendly, professional team to anybody - indeed we've steered several of our clients their way!
