Its so friendly. If you need a specific workout regime the staff are more than happy to help. If you are a bit of a fitness nut you can fill your boots. What's not to like?

Positive points: Friendly and helpful reception staff, great equipment and a wide range of activities available, informative and patient floor staff, there is a cafe where you can eat or get a drink (even alcohol), a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a sauna room. There is also a wide range of classes available including karate or yoga. Finally there is also a hairdressers on site if you fancy a bit of convenience. Negative points: size of the swimming pool. It isn't the biggest but not miniature either. Also be aware of the early closing times, 22:00 on a weekday and 17:00 on the weekend. All in all I believe it is the best gym in Grimsby and the membership fee is every penny worth spent. More...

Brilliant gym area and the pool/jacuzzi and steam room is amazing. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I also absolutely love “The Groom Room” barbers I go there every week and they’re great!

I have never been to such a lovely health club, the gym is a great size with great equipment ranging from cardio to frames and weight sections. The staff really make the gym you always feel welcome and they really care. You don't feel conscious or out of place, like some gyms make you feel. The cafe is fantastic for a healthy breakfast and lunch, i am still yet to visit the OHC shop but i am excited to get some advise on my goals! :) More...

Brilliant gym. Got all the equipment you need. Decent size swimming pool. Staff are very friendly. I use this gym mid-week as I work away and the staff really make you feel at home. A big thumbs-up from me!

My little boy (4) has been having his swimming lessons here since February and has come so far with already getting 4 badges. The staff are all lovely and remember my little boy by name every week and always ask how he is. I'm starting the parent and baby class with my other little boy next week and we are really looking forward to it. Riet is a really fantastic swimming instructor. Highly recommended!! More...

Well equipped gym, friendly and helpful staff and instructors, even the members try to befriend everyone as well! It's not the cheapest of gyms but I can honestly say that you get what you pay for here!

Quality gym with all the facilities you need, staff are spot on and always willing to help.
Military payment option also available which is perfect when a lot of soldiers are only home on weekends and leave, could probably do with a better machine for leg curl though.

Joined this week. Not only are the facilities extremely good for a full body workout but the thing that stands out for me is the staff. Always there to help. Have been a member for many years and am pleased with the improvements in the gym area ( one of the machines has been ‘out of order’ for some months now, any update on repairs? ). A good range of kit to use and a variety of areas to exercise in.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The pool, jacuzzi and steam rooom area is a favourite of mine to swim and relax - steam room much better now.
Lee is going great guns in the café and the food is excellent quality.
Looking forward to when (if) the changing rooms and showers are updated - that would be the cherry on the cake!
I have PT sessions with Lisa Margetts - works me hard but am delighted with the improvements in my health.

Joining this week on a 6week trial, waiting on induction so only able to do swimming sauna jacuzzi and steam room, but what I've seen so far is fantastic, I've never used a gym in my life, so am a little bit apprehensive, but I must say the staff are absolutely amazing which is making me feel a lot better already, so now can't wait for my induction, also been in the cafe and wow Lee and his staff are equally friendly and the food is to die for, don't think it will take me 6 weeks to make my mind up �
