Ms.Hayley from Oakville agent had found a flat for me to move in .but it didn't materialise . This was due to a problematic landlord and her wrong assumption and she created lot of problems both to me and agent . . As we are not first time buyers we can compare estate agents. I wish Oakville Real Estates had been our estate agents for our previous purchase. Scott was amazing, as are the rest of the team. They all know the area and market really well. I tried two other local estate agents and went with Oakville becuase they spent time getting to know what we wanted and they gave ua good options in the area. We didnt have a huge budget but Scott found us exactly what we were looking for. But the purchase was a drawn out process due to external factors. I got a call from them every week, keeping me updated and reminding me when something was needing done by me.
