Did a decent job for me ( jetting a sewer drain ). Arrived on time and at a sensible price. Cant be fairer than that. Actually they can! The chap after getting my horridly blocked drain flowing again said the block actually went under my fence into my neighbours garden. Was happy to write this on the invoice for me so I was then able to reclaim it all from wessexwater as it was a block in the public pipe not just my private drain. Thanks. More...

Dear Steve and the NYPD Team,
We are writing to express our sincere thanks to the NYPD team for sorting out the replacement shower in our en-suite bathroom.
The existing shower was around 7 years old and was constantly dripping when shut off – the constant “drip-drip-drip….” noise in the early hours is not something you want when you are trying to sleep
You assisted us in trying to obtain replacement seals but unfortunately this was not to be. You did however come up with an equivalent replacement unit.
Andy Gear came and replaced the unit which was a tricky job as it is built into the wall – we only had a few spare tiles but he managed to get away with only having to break one to get the old unit out – clever chap.
We now have no annoying drips to keep us awake at night and can now get the builder in to do some refurbishment work on the tiled floor which would have been impossible with a dripping shower.
We will absolutely recommend NYPD to anyone who has a home plumbing need.
