What do you love most about your job?
Professionalism effectiveness and good communication and reasonable value. To offer all service users, irrespective of physical, psychological and cultural needs, the domiciliary care and domestic assistance necessary to maintain a normal quality of life as possible within the constraints of disability or handicap, whilst encouraging self-help with the normal activities of living. To offer personal preferences in all aspects of care and assistance and useful participation in domestic tasks in accordance with an agreed Care Plan, to avoid unnecessary dependence.
To strive to make each individual feel special and establish an empathy between service user and carer whilst ensuring privacy from unnecessary intrusion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The demand in the area and in the country as a whole, there is so much shortages in care as we are an aging population, people living over 80 years.

i have been a nurse for over 12 years ans have experience in providing care from hospital and nursing homes. Our prices are of affordable value. our staff is trained ans DBS checked and of high experience.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Encouraged them to have vaccines as programmed and educated them of signs and symptoms of covid 19 and how to isolate if infected to seeking medical attention
