Overall, the dynamic nature of my job keeps me engaged and excited to tackle whatever comes my way.

Firstly, I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive to create something meaningful and make a difference in the world. Secondly, I was inspired by the opportunity to pursue my passions and have more control over my own destiny. Additionally, witnessing the success stories of other entrepreneurs who took the leap and built successful businesses encouraged me to embark on my own journey. Ultimately, the desire for autonomy, innovation, and the chance to build something from the ground up fueled my decision to start my own business.

To ensure the safety of our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented several changes. Firstly, we have established rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols in all our facilities, including regular disinfection of high-touch surfaces and equipment. Additionally, we have implemented social distancing measures, such as reducing capacity in our premises and rearranging seating layouts to maintain appropriate distance between individuals. We also provide hand sanitizer stations throughout our facilities and require the use of face masks for both customers and staff. Furthermore, we offer contactless payment options and encourage online ordering and delivery services to minimize physical contact. Our goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment for our customers to enjoy our services while prioritizing their health and well-being.

Services

We provide coordinated and comprehensive home care for Children and Families. The service user can receive complete support for the entire family, with our home care for children. When it comes to home care for children, we are offering a variety of care services to support the specific needs of children and their families.

We are providing following services for Children:

We offer safe and flexible short-term and long-term person cantered care services to children and their families.
Our services comprise supporting children with learning disabilities/difficulties which also includes children with Autism, ADHD and other psychological/developmental conditions.
We offer planned and structured child-cantered/child-friendly activities to the children at their family home or in a community setting.
Our aim is to ensure that children and their families experience positive effects from the care we provide. We do consider Children’s physical growth, as well as their ability to learn the social, emotional, behaviour, thinking and communication skills as they need for life. Children are always at the heart of our efforts and are able to influence the care and support they receive as much as possible. Whilst we put the children first in our service planning, we also distinguish the importance of the parent(s) or guardian and family conditions.

Our care team has practical experience in dealing with challenging behaviour, autistic spectrum disorders, complex health needs, physical disabilities and sensory impairment.

We can offer temporary care while a parent(s) or guardian is in the hospital or recovering from an illness, or longer-term support for a child with disabilities or special needs.

Personal Care Overview
We know that most people want to live an independent life in their own home, and we are passionately committed to help them to do that. We also understand that everyone’s needs are different, which is why we go out of our way to adapt an individual care package to suit each and every one of our customers, from full-time home care, to occasional visits to help with specific tasks, to a short-term programme designed to help with convalescence. And because our help at home service is built around you, we can adapt it over time as your needs change, and you might need more support.

Our care teams could support a good number of people living in their own home. There are so many positive stories about the difference our people make every day, and we’ve collected just a few of them here. Nubah Social care provides personal care services on an ad hoc and ongoing basis to the elderly and disabled. We also offer the most extensive personal care a person can get outside a hospital.

Live in Care Overview
Live In Care is the absolute gold star, best in home care for Elders and means you never have to go to a Nursing Home. Our Live In Care highly trained Caregivers have the experience and expertise to provide the highest quality in home care services for you or your Loved One.

What is Live In Care?
Live in care is the best home care service available, where experienced Personal Caregiver stays over in the client’s home for 24 hours. As long as our client is happy with those Live in Caregivers; they roll forward on a rota and provide a consistent continuum of high quality care and support.

Live in Care enables Elders to stay in their familiar beloved home with the highest standard of personalised support and care tailored to each unique client
We develop a personalised care plan in consultation with the Elder, their family, and health professionals where necessary. This care plan is the basis for our Joyful Living Approach that aims to support, nurture, enable and provide not just person-centred care, but person directed care to each individual client.
Our Live In Caregivers also document all the details about your living preferences. Clients do not have to adhere to a rigid regime; they remain in control of how they live. Our team of Private Nurses provide clinical support and services to clients as needed to ensure they remain well and living life joyfully at home, for life.
Live In Care produces the most consistent and stable caring environment. Typically, two Live In Caregivers rotate the care duties over a week and thus develop a close care relationship with our client. This enables them to provide a very high level of personalised one-on-one care in the client’s own home.

Central to our care philosophy is the provision of dementia care to support people living with dementia to continue to live safely and independently in the familiar surroundings of their own home.

At Nubah Social Care, we provide dementia care training, developing best practice training programs for carers. Our Dementia Training Program equips our Carer to deliver distinctive memory care based on research and experience. Rather than focusing on the diagnosis and symptoms of the disease, our dementia care focuses on maximising abilities, independence and quality of life, restoring the dignity of the person living with dementia.

Our relationship-based approach to dementia care enables Nubah Social Care Carer to provide each individual client personalised care.
