We were made to feel very comfortable and relaxed opening up and disclosing personal information to the therapist ..we have had both one on one therapy and couple therapy here and feel it has been a success we feel our issues were understood by the therapist and being able to talk to someone that is not personally connected to us has been a great help

I worked with namita for only 5 sessions and then we came to conclusion that I was ready to stop however she has been very nice to say if ever I feel like I need a talk then I can always email or text her to arrange it. She helped me with so many things and I am truly coping with my life in a much better way now. She taught me some techniques to control my anxiety, anger and other emotions. Its such a priviledge to be let into peoples lives.

A personal challenge, and seeing a gap in a niche market.

I can offer counselling over Zoom, Skype, FaceTime and WhatsApp Video call, as well as being professionally trained in telephone counselling.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am offering some face to face counselling, together with zoom and telephone counselling.
