N&P Cleaning came to the office to discuss our requirements for a deep clean of the building. We advised everything was to be cleaned, including the rafters, window sills, computers etc a price was quoted and accepted. The quote emailed to us mentioned all discussed however the day after the clean we found not everything agreed had been done. Spoke to N & P Cleaning and they sent cleaners back out to complete the job but again not all done. We have disputed the invoice by email but these have been ignored only getting in touch when statement was sent and we emailed to advise invoice was in dispute. Would not recommend this Company to anyone. The Service by Staff and Management fail on every level. More...
