How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We will sit down with the client with our portfolio. After deciding on a budget and possibly a theme I will create 30 dishes to match the client's needs. They can then hand pick their preferred dishes after a sample of course!
What do you love most about your job?
Pure and simple... client's happiness. I know how important a wedding day or any other important day can be. It can very easily go wrong if every minute detail is not met. I have never experienced anything but extremely positive feedback from my services.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was roped into the family business at 18. My mother owned the north sea fish restaurant in London and have finally taken over after 15 years! It wasn't until 6 years ago when I did a fish & chips inspired wedding for my friend did I realise how enjoyable it was.
Why should our clients choose you?
As I said before... it's all about making someone's day absolutely perfect in anyway I can. Having been in the serving industry all my adult life I have learnt how to make that happen!
