What do you love most about your job?
I love providing 1st class customer service to customers seeing my customers satisfied and delivering a thorough and meticulous service on the computers being managed. Fixing a range of problems that prove to be a challenge and resolving those challenges is success to me. Providing after support to customers and resolving further problems after the initial work performed. Making friendships with customers and creating a good profile about myself. Learning new problems with computers and how to resolve them, acquiring new knowledge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Great pride in what I do and making positive relationships with customers. I get to fix a very wide range of problems and solve queries for customers that I would not while working as a technical support helpline operative. Going over to the customer site and working first hand with the equipment I can intuitively repair problems and perform tasks easier than directing the customer how to resolve their own problems over the telephone.

I am patient with my customers and am happy to provide advice and information to customers freely as IT is my passion and I like to maintain friendly relationships with old and new customers. I deliver a thorough service for computer support and I take the best approach towards fixing problems that cause the least loss of computer data. I am highly organised, I'm locally based and I'll go out of my way to deliver a convenient service for the customer. I don't charge call out fees, I don't charge a fee if I haven't resolved the problem. I'll reduce my prices depending on the price of the hardware I'm dealing with and the customer's financial status. I'm conscientious and a great communicator. I'm certified and have learned a high range of technical skills through my own time with research and experimentation.
Computer & laptop repairs
Have you got a problem logging into Windows; have you forgot your password, does the screen reset when you try to log in with the correct password? Have you got user profile corruption, is your computer crashing: either freezing or going into blue screen? Data Backup, Data Recovery & Secure Data Deletion Services
We can implement a wide range of backup solutions either network file sharing with failover and redundancy built in or redundant storage on individual computers. We can make it for you so your desktops have a very high reliability with low risk of losing data to hard drive failure and we can make your hard drives perform faster by enabling specific technologies. We can provide clustering of data on the network so if one data hard drive source fails there is another one containing exactly the same information ready to take its place.
We deliver data recovery from data that's been deleted from recycle bin, or for hard drives that have been formatted or partitions deleted
We can securely erase hard drives to department of defence standards so that data can never be read from the hard drive if you are wanting to remove highly sensitive data.
