I have been to counselling sessions for the last few years due to ongoing issues. Barbara has helped me work through many areas i have struggled with for a long time, including anxiety, low confidence, my relationships with others and grief. Barbara is very welcoming and makes you feel safe to talk in the sessions. She is very patient and allows plenty of time to process and to speak. I recommend her to anyone that wants to work through there life and feel much more able to cope with the world around them. More...

I attended counselling with Barbara for just over a year. She supported and helped me to process trauma that had happened in the past. I wouldn't be where I am now without it. More...

Counselling
I have been working with Barbara for several weeks now and am so glad I made the decision. She put me at ease from the beginning and believe in her to help me through this period of self understanding and change. Highly recommended :)
