Norfolk Dustbusters

To start with communication was great. All very helpful and professional and then the day of our clean arrived and they arrived and I said about what needed to be done yes yes yes no problem left them to it. Half hour later i get a txt (not even a call) to say they are refusing to do the clean as it was more work than I requested and it was "in an unacceptable condition with covid 19". They are CLEANERS what did they expect ? For me to clean before they went in? It was the hottest day of the year and the 2 ladies clearly weren't up for a bit of hard graft. Needless to say i WON'T be recommending them to anyone. Left me high and dry with no cleaner and 2 days to get someone in with no notice! NOT impressed More...

Norfolk dustbusters, After arriving late to our accommodation ( no fault of anyone but the weather). we found the cleaning to a high standard, I had to phone NDB for a query and found the owner very friendly and willing to solve the issue swiftly and promptly.
