I have experienced the same as Nathan. Do not use this company, they con you into a contract they cannot deliver on and then try and charge you for 7 years of line rental and calls even though it was not in the contract. They rely on terms and conditions that the sales people do not share. They claim the terms are on the back of the contract yet it is blank. More...

I would like to make everyone aware that is pays to be very careful when dealing with their sales representatives. Dean from Nix Communications sold us various elements of a contract that later deemed to be either not given or something they are unable to provide.
The sales representative has since said that he did not promise any of these things.
There is no break clauses. They will tell you there is.
The cost are extremely confusing and it will change all the time.
They will sign you up to leasing of equipment with other providers.

Cannot recommend Nix enough!!! I own a local business and every interaction with them has been nothing but positive. He is very demanding and will only use the best local businesses that offer the best service level.

Put it this way, NIX are not Long haul BA First class they are more like Private Jet into Signature flight support at Southampton airport like most of Tim's clients.
Go anywhere else and you will feel let down.
