We had a log burner installed by Natural Fires a few years ago and decided at the time not to have it inserted into the fireplace so that it produced more heat in the room. However recently we decided that we would have the fireplace opened up and the log burner inserted inside. Well, what can I say. Once again Natural Fires did us proud. We cannot believe how beautiful the log burner looks. Danny and Carlton were absolutely brilliant - they kept dust to a minimum and their workmanship is outstanding - and both worked extremely hard. BIG THANK YOU FROM THE MACQUILLANS!! We had a fire installed before christmas and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by the whole process. I couldn't fault the levels of service and professionalism. I would recommend anyone thinking of having a fire to talk to the team here. Would recommend this firm, they weren't the cheapest, but as the other firms didn't stock the Morso brand fire I wanted it's difficult to compare. I had to wait a while for the fitting but this seems pretty standard. I'm happy with the result, wish I'd had my fire installed earlier - it's saved me hundreds of pounds in gas already. Thanks NF.
