What inspired you to start your own business?
I left the Military and decided to start my own business in 2004. We're still here so we must be doing something right :-)

We are highly trained IT Support Staff who often help out other IT Companies that have a shortfall of knowledge and experience that we possess.
We are happy to take on home users and Small / Medium Enterprises. We often resolves issues other are unable to and at a fraction of the cost.

Yes we can securely remote control anywhere in the world to resolve issues, even if their internet router is down, we can connect to fix. We can advise the client to connect their system via a mobile hotspot for use to fix the line.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff wear face masks when attending site and also sanitize when entering and leaving the site.
