Andy has been a great help from putting us in contact with a great decking installer to seeing through the installation of the spa, his colleague Hayley has been a great help holding the fort in the office and replying swiftly to my various emails. Best thing I’ve EVER bought! We tried the one on site and were sold as soon as we turned on the jets... nothing better then getting in the spa, whether it’s after a work out or after a stressful day. .. it’s a no brainier! Very helpful advice from first visit to the show site. Excellent customer care from both Andy and Hayley. Very helpful. Install went really well with Andy coming back the following day to run through chemicals and general running, at a time convenient to us. Andy is very knowledgeable on water care & maintenance.
