I've been going here for 2 weeks now to the kickboxingclass. I was apprehensive about going somewhere to learn. it's a big step to go somewhere on your own having not done it before and not knowing anyone. what will the trainer be like? will the other students be arrogant and full of themselves? were things going through my head. I was very wrong..trainer fozz is excellent patient..demonstrates and runs through everything...im not a quick learner at all but I'm picking it up bit by bit due to how good the trainer is and due to the other students who are down to earth, warm, friendly people, no attitudes at all. make people feel welcome and even offer advice to how you can improve...not in a I'm better than you way... in a I want to help you way.. if you want to learn martial arts mma then this is the place to go...100% you will not regret it. Taken my 8 year old twice to the kick boxing class. So far impressed. The class is structured and the coach very friendly. I also like how the older more experienced students help the younger ones. My son has enjoyed the lessons and looks forward to going. More...

Went this evening to the fitness session. I don't normally leave reviews but must say I loved it. Great people, really friendly and know what their doing, from the training to the little added extras. Would never know their still getting organised in their base.
Made me sweat and work hard but to an enjoyable and personal level. Definitely recommend and will be returning. More...

Any ladies out there who are fed up of the gym because it just doesn't get you motivated...try the bootcamp here or HITT! I joined in May 2017 not knowing anybody at the group & I can honestly say they are all fabulous & very supportive...changed my life completely!

Started my first 1-2-1 session with Chris on Saturday; loved every minute of it! Listens to what you want to achieve from the classes and focuses on your goals specifically, he makes it fun but still makes sure you go out tired, worked up a sweat and learnt a lot. ..
