I have hired Noeleen for design my extension. She was supposed to get the drawing to council in one month however it took three months for her to submit.
It was approved however she missed to include roof light.I thought i would never have to hire her but i thought we could reconcile and of course she done the drawing.she made a minor application.I paid 235 her charge and she asked me to pay 234 council charge.As it wasn't appreared on the website I rang her.she didn't pickup but rang back later.she said she is on holiday but said she has submitted if i want to find out why it's not online I have to ring council.I rang council they said there was a delayed on their side but working to put it on line today.They said council charge is £34.I texted Noeleen asking refund and receipts.she hasn't replied. She hasn't replied any of messages of me about my receipts .I rang her again she said me F ** off.She was very rude when asking questions about the application specially when I ask why the application is not online.She always discourage me to do the extension as with three kids it'll be hard when she should realised i hired her to help me through the process.She never apologised for I had to spend for minor amendment application because she hasn't done her job properly in the first place.She hasn't mentioned about why she lied me about council charges.She had enough time to text me and say the application cost is less than she thought so she would refund the money. She hasn't explained me about building control process.With out discussing she has decided the extension has to build in building notice.I wouldn't recommend her as a competent on her work or good working professional.She is going on about telling me f*** off in a group not explaining how she actually serving customers who she get paid .

Being an architectural technician, I have worked with Nelson Cole Design on several projects. I have always found them extremely professional and prompt with their service. The interior design drawings are done with flair, which is rare and very hard to find these days. They have a vision and an understanding of the use of internal spaces which is clever and articulate. The service is both accurate and adaptable to changing conditions. It feels like a very personal service as they always respond to emails and calls very quickly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Even when I have gone back to them and amended designs they have always bent over backwards and gone the extra mile. Nelson Cole Design offers a first class design service at a very affordable price.
