so after deciding we was going to marry in cornwall I went solely on recommendations, neila name popped up a few times so I checked her page and messaged her and was best decision I made. neila did my self and my mums hair and makeup on Aug 20th 2019 and considering as a bride and having no trial for either hair or makeup due to living 6hrs from Cornwall neila gave me exactly what I had pictured in my head . Neila is really friendly and helped me to stay calm and reminded me to breath when the nerves started to creep in about 2 hours before the ‘I do’s’. Myself and my bridal party were all really happy with the outcome. She manage to make me look like a movie star. I met Neila for a trial 3 months before the wedding. The trial was enjoyable and Neila a lovely person. I didnt know what i wanted so Neila helped me decide using her wealth of knowledge. The communication leading up to the wedding was a little hit and miss often waiting longer than expected for a response. The day before the wedding 3 of us attended the salon for nails and toe nails. There was meant to be two of them doing it but only Neila was there. The salon was uncomfortable and felt too small for us all. Neila seemed rushed and whilst this was my first experience of having my nails done it wasn't done to the standard I believe Neila is capable of as it felt she was rushing. On the day the hair and make up experience was a lot more relaxed and enjoyable. Our hair and make up was lovely unfortunaely with the wind and photos outside it didn't hold us a long as we had hoped. Neila was so lovely to work with for our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind a few times! She had a challenge of covering up some redness on my face and worked her magic and the makeup lasted all day which is something I struggle with from day to day!
