Attending the Fusion Therapeutic Diploma was a significant turning point in my life. Although I have always had a natural way with people I had never previously had any professional guidance or experience as a counsellor or coach. I was fortunate to be introduced to Frances and the Fusion Model, and this approach just made sense. Frances has given me a fantastic level of support which has no doubt helped me with my confidence to put my training into action and set up as a Wellbeing Coach and life could not be better!I gained more than a qualification. I now have a new way of thinking. All areas of my life have benefited; my parenting skills, my health, my business and my career. I am now very fortunate to have a new career in school hours as a Learning & Development Executive within a large Corporate organisation. This role compliments my business and I am able to enjoy the benefits of home, work and business, a balance.When I set out on my venture I wanted to help the world :) Over time, I have been working more with career and business women; they tend to be under a tremendous amount of pressure and want to avoid burn out. The fusion model has picked up the best of other therapeutic models, fused together with France's knowledge and evidence of what really works and incorporating coaching, it is the full package! For me the training has provided the missing piece of the jigsaw. I now feel hopeful and confident that I can really move my clients past sticking points and make some major breakthroughs. France's knowledge and delivery was clear, professional and EVERY bit of what she taught us was useful. This was certainly not a course that was padded out. It has changed my mind-set in so many ways, realising we don't have to complicate this process. What France's has done with the model is fantastic. The Mindfulness Based Mind Management was also a great course, it was clear and easy to follow, concentrating on the facts and what really works, also what is realistic so it can be maintained.Honestly this has been the best training I have been on, every bit so valuable, I definitely got what I needed from the course.....definitely great value for money.I feel very honoured to be part of fusion, and look forward to helping people reclaim their lives back with my new skills and knowledge. I wholeheartedly enjoyed the Fusion Therapeutic Coaching course from beginning to end and gained so much valuable knowledge and experience from it. I met an absolutely super bunch of like-minded, professional people and relaxed and enjoyed the course under Frances professional yet warm, friendly and down to earth approach. Practical, grounded and well thought through. As an experienced person working in the care sectors this course helped me to bring together my thinking, introduced me to new ideas and reminded me of the usefulness of drawing from multiple theories (and thereby getting the best from all of them). Fusion does not belong in a box called therapy, counselling or coaching, nor does it create a new box. Fusion is a great way to express it.
