I was very skeptical about massages. I had severe restricted movement in my both shoulders. I have had injections from the doctor and also attended Physiotherapy and were given exercises to do. All did not improve my movement. So I thought that I would try a massage. After my first session I noticed an improvement. I have had a course of treatments and now have complete movement once again. I booked an appointment for a deep tissue massage. I had severely restricted arm movements and a very painful lower back pain . After 0ne session I noticed that the back pain that I have had for a long time had almost gone and my stiff arms were also improved. After I had received 3 treatments all my aches and pains had gone.
