An excellent course, so good that since undertaking it myself I have already put 2 of my staff through it too. Not only does it bestow upon you vast amounts of common sense, vital data, and the correct technique for hazardous / traumatic cleaning and cleaning, it gets you taken very seriously, empowering you to work in areas that weren't open to you before, and therefore revenue not previously available.
