I am 82 years old and I have been living in the UK for over 10 years. My sons, daughters and grandchildren are all British citizens and are living in the UK. I applied for stay in the UK while on a visit visa in the UK as a dependant family member of my children, however, the Home Office refused my application. I have been living with my spouse in the UK since 2008 and our daughter was born in the UK in 2011. Nasim & Co. Solicitors successfully won my appeal against the refusal of my and my families stay. The Home Office refused my application despite the fact that my child was over 7 years of age. Once my child was 10 years of age Mr. Nasim guided me correctly to apply for my child's registration as a British citizen and my child is now a British citizen.
