Our goal is to transform your experience of swimming and teach you how to re-explore your relationship with the water. Improve fluidity and quality of any of the four strokes by building fundamental elements of balance, streamlining, breathing, catch and pull positions together with development of speed.

Sanela was an excellent coach and I would highly recommend her! As a competitive swimmer at Regional level, I required some additional help with my frontcrawl and backstroke turns in order to reduce my race times. Sanela was extremely helpful and after only a couple of sessions with her, I was able to reduce my racing times. She also assisted with improving my backstroke starts and it was very beneficial to me. I would recommend her to any level of swimmer! More...

Whether working with nervous beginners who need to conquer their fear of water or with more advance swimmers who want to reach triathlon or other swimming goals, I am certain that I can help you improve your results through supportive and experienced instruction.

I will help you develop body awareness with breathing techniques and swimming confidence in the water and we will go through nitty - gritty details of any four swimming strokes you wish to achieve.

I find my role as an instructor and a coach to be very rewarding and I take pride in using my knowledge and experience to encourage each individual to enjoy their progress and achieve personal best in pool environment.

Together we will focus on the body awareness and its alignment and the skills to improving your fitness, wellbeing while enjoying the journey. Programmes are tailor-made for clients (babies, children and adults) who are either: beginners including fear of water , intermediate - advance, improvers (advance stroke development) for 1 -2 -1 and 2 - 1 lessons.
