Florin gave us an initial quote based on the spec I posted on the website which prompted me to get him round to give a more detailed quote. The two numbers weren’t far apart and really reasonably priced too. He kept to his time frame, more or less, and has offered advice and help along the way too. The quality of his work has been excellent and we now have a bathroom that we are really happy with and keen to show off to our friends! I would definitely recommend Florin to others. We hired My Happy Building to refurb our house, install a new ceiling and replace the kitchen. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He approaches the work very intelligently and finds solutions to difficult problems. He is a good communicator and a diligent worker, turns up when he says he will and his team are all polite and hard working. I got the impression he really does take a pride in his work and wants to do everything to the highest standard. The subcontractors he used were also great.
