We support our customers to maintain their independence in their own home with Domiciliary care and Live in Care.

if all Service Providers behaved like My Care My Home did (or specifically Shaz did!) the world would be a better place. He has a clear enthusiasm for what he does and a proactiveness to pay for.Basically I was swimming around in a mush of internet based options and care providers not easy to communicate with when Shaz took my requirements, came up with 3 options in less than a day, then followed up proactively the next day on how he could organise one of them for me. Within 24 further hours we had a care provider turning up at my mums for an assessment and started before the end of the week. The difference this made to us as a family and my mum as a patient is immeasurable. My mums mood, spirit and outlook changed totally as soon as care was in place. Why try do it for yourself when MCMH can do it all for you is the lesson I learnt. THANKYOU!!! More...

My Care My Home has developed an assessment which can help to establish the options of care available to you (Care Home, Home Care, Live In Care) and the number of

Live In Care/Choose Your Own Carer
My Care My Home provides a Choose Your Own Carer/Live In Care service which enables you to receive care tailored to your needs. The cost is often cheaper
than a care agency and the service can range from 15 hours a week to 24 hour Live In Care. The good news? We manage every step from advertising, to interview
arrangements through to background checks prior to employment (Services Are Chargeable).
Property Services
Wondering how to fund your long term care? Selling your
home to finance your care for life may not be the only option.
My Care My Home can refer you to a service that can help to finance your care for life without the need to sell your home.
