Matt is really good! He was meticulous when solving problems and kind in explaining things along the way. For a rather odd problem with a programme in my laptop, he found a creative way of getting around it. Above all, he arrived half an hour earlier than the appointment, and kept me informed through the phone before he arrived. This was great for me as I would not need to stay home all day, and this also showed that he could finish his earlier appointments more quickly than planned. He saved me time and spared me worry a few days before I need to travel with my laptop. He is the best technical specialist I have met in so many years! More...
