The Highlands was an incredible cottage. We had a fabulous weekend. It was perfect for 10 people with a dog, and we loved the added bonus of the tennis court. The house had everything we needed; it had so much space; very clean and very well stocked. The gardens were amazing. Definitely 5 stars! What a great place in a beautiful part of East Sussex. The Cottage we stayed in (Leggs Barn Farm) was wonderful. Great views, perfect location for exploring and really nice cottage. Would definitely recommend Mulberry cottages as they answered all my queries promptly and fully. Excellent service. More...

We were impressed with the accommodation and the service of our hosts at the club room. The park is great and with access at all times, with the use of the buggies made all the difference.
The work that the park undertake with regards to the breeding of endangered species can only be fully supported.
Would recommend more then one night, we stayed four nights.

Good website although would have preferred more detail regarding what facilities were provided. There was no mention of a hairdryer being available, for example, I packed one only to find that one was there!
Directions to the cottage could be a little more specific once you actually arrive at the site. We experienced some difficulty finding the actual cottage amongst the other properties on the site in the dark, the instructions weren't particularly clear to the precise location. We were unable to contact the owner at the time, so knocked on a neighbour's door to ascertain which one was the holiday cottage. The cottage itself was very comfortable and warm. The location was peaceful and quiet. It was ideal to explore many areas of the Chilterns on foot or by car. The upstairs lounge could benefit from additional lighting as it was quite dark in the evenings if you wanted to read. We met the owner the day after our arrival who was most welcoming and apologetic about our difficulties the day before.

Had a wonderful break at Beachside Cottage - great location, beautiful house and it was even warm enough for a dip in the sea!
