I met Chris Brennan back in 2010 when he was working with a catering company managing the front of house service. I was very impressed then with how he worked. A few years later I found out that he had his own company and used him and his team when we started to do the catering in house. I have always found him and his team very professional and have delivered the front of house service in an exemplary manner. We can not fault the service that we have been provided over the years and the support that Chris Brennan gave to us. We now have our own Front of house team and I still use the advice and what I have learnt from Chris to this day in training my team. Thank you again. I asked Much Ado to make a traditional, but special dinner for my dad and our family on his 89th birthday. Jill was really lovely about it. After a chat about the menu, she sourced all the ingredients for me. She came round and made this lovely food which my family really enjoyed. She was confident and friendly all the time. She was professional throughout,even when the family changed the arrival times at the last minute. We had a fabulous night and having Jill do the cooking meant that we could concentrate on our dad.
