I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. I've had great results since starting here in Jan 2017. I'm really happy with my 20lb+ weight loss but more than anything I'm happy with the motivation and drive I get in each and every session. The coaches are super-fab and make you feel very welcome every time you visit not to mention accommodating in all eventualities. So much support and expert knowledge to draw from. They really help you be the best you can be. I have a way to go before I reach my goal but I'm so proud of my achievements so far. I've made some great friends and I get to enjoy coming here with my husband, its been 10 yrs since we worked out like this and enjoyed it.
Thanks to everyone at RTB.

At RTB you will reach your goals!
As someone who used to train regularly in a gym, when I stopped training and started to gain weight I thought I could lose it easily. Fast forward 3-4 years and I had gained a massive amount of weight, lost confidence and struggled to do normal day to day activities.
I knew I had to do something about it and knew I had to come out of my comfort zone. I was introduced to Kevin at RTB and immediately realised that this was not like any other gym or sessions with a personal trainer. The expertise in each training session is first class but what is most impressive about RTB is the support and advice on nutrition and mentality which was my biggest stumbling block. Once I actually followed the programme that was made for me I lost 3.5 stones in just over 3 months whilst also gaining muscle mass. I've learned how to train better than ever before with an actual understanding of what I'm doing.
I would certainly recommend RTB to anyone who's seriously interested in improving their fitness.

RTB has been a bit of a lifesaver for me! I've had 15 years of putting on huge amounts of weight, eating unhealthy and not having done any significant exercise since I was at school. I've had no confidence about my body or health and at the age of 32, my lifestyle was starting to catch up on me both physically and mentally! After being introduced by a friend to bootcamps at RTB, I did wonder if I'd survive the first session but I'm now 6 months in, I've been doing bootcamp three times a week and I love it!! Kev, Jessie and the trainers have been so supportive and encouraging. I find every session a challenge but I really feel like I've achieved something at the end of each one. There is a great atmosphere at each session and there are people of all shapes and sizes with different goals that they want to achieve but the trainers quickly get to know you and what you want, giving you the individual support when you need it! I've lost two stone so far and I have a long way to go but my fitness has greatly improved and my body shape is really starting to change. RTB performance has been part of my weekly routine for many years. I initially started a year before my Wedding (2010) as I had no confidence and wanted (like all brides) to look amazing on my big day. I had already bought my Wedding dress and by the time it came to having my final fitting I had dropped 3 dress sizes. I was so happy, even though it cost be a fortune to get it altered � I continued with RTB through having my two Daughters and I’m still there today, training 4 times a week. The coaches go above and beyond you certainly get value for money. Training with different abilities you can go at a pace that works for you.
I would highly recommend RTB so why don’t you come & join us and see for yourself �

I had foot and back pain and had virtually given up hope of running. 5 appointments later, I ran the Worcester City 10k in just over an hour, totally pain free.

I can highly recommend the biomechanic assessment by Matthew Stephens. A true professional with a phenomenal amount of subject knowledge.
The assessment is extremely thorough from which Matthew analyses your movement then prescribes the best course of action.

I saw Matthew for a Bio Mechanical test as I have had ongoing issues around my left hip. The assessment was extremely thorough & I was interested to see what would come out of it.
The exercises Matthew recommended have started to improve the strength & symmetry of my hips, leading to me feeling better & stronger!
So, if you have a worrying niggle or are just generally interested to know how your body works/moves in exercise, I wholeheartedly recommend going to see Matthew. & make sure you make time for any exercises he may recommend...

I've been attending Bootcamp and Extreme Bootcamp for nearly a year now and it has been such a fantastic thing for both my physical and mental wellbeing. I find it a challenge but you can push yourself as much as you want. The team there have supported me along the way, more so than you would find at most gyms I'm sure. I would whole heartedly recommend RTB Performance to anyone who is either just starting on their fitness journey or those who want to step their fitness up to the next level. More...

RTB Performance has transformed the way I feel about fitness and nutrition. It is a friendly, relaxed and professional place to train and feel great about yourself. The trainers are excellent and know what they are talking about. I have been with RTB for 2 years and still love their sessions and seeing the results in my fitness level. As somebody who never liked gyms, RTB is a breath of fresh air and I couldn't recommend it enough. They take the time to get to know you and your goals and then work with you to accomplish these. The trainers are fantastic and their knowledge is great! I enjoy the sessions whether it is bootcamp/group training or personal training, as the trainers are supportive of your goals and are dedicated to ensure you reach your goals. As well as the training, nutrition advice is offered as well as rehabilitation. I've had experience with PTs in commercial gyms and have yet to find anyone like the trainers at RTB!!! The owners and coaches are just brilliant and they genuinely care about YOU and are 100% focused on helping you achieve your goals. In order to achieve this communication between the trainer and the client is of prime importance. Monthly reviews of your program will be completed and progressions will be made, following discussions with the client, to ensure the client achieve their fitness goals.

I am not your average trainer. I have a Master's degree in Sport & Exercise Science and I am a specialist in Sports Biomechanics.
