At MS Fitness we pride ourselves on delivering high quality professional training services based on a solid foundation of experience, knowledge and innovation. Through providing sound training, nutrition and biomechanics guidance we are able to ensure that our clients are able to get outstanding outcomes every time. A personal training session uses combinations of Cardio, Ab work, Flexibility and Strength Training, all tailored towards your specific goals.

Using our fantastic personal training equipment such as Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX Suspension training, battle ropes, sandbags and plyometric boxes, you will BURN MORE FAT, TONE & BUILD MUSCLE, IMPROVE YOUR CORE and CARDIOVASULAR SYSTEM and flexibility for optimal performance in everyday activities, reduce health risk, feel and look fantastic.

You will be given nutritional advice and workouts to help you achieve your goals outside of sessions plus body fat analysis, weight and measurements( if desired).

We are dedicated to training individuals & groups using great motivation skills and insuring training is fun but beneficially results driven.

Whatever your needs: lose weight, get fit, tone up, increase strength or just getting started – we can help you achieve your goals.

An assessment of your fitness levels, lifestyle, diet and goals will be carried out in order for a personalised programme to be created.

Prices and Offers:
£35 – per session (Pay As You Go)
£150 – 5 sessions
£250 – 10 sessions

All personal training sessions must be booked and paid in advance of session and a minimum of 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Block bookings are based on a minimum of 1 session per week.

RTB Performance has transformed the way I feel about fitness and nutrition. It is a friendly, relaxed and professional place to train and feel great about yourself. The trainers are excellent and know what they are talking about. I have been with RTB for 2 years and still love their sessions and seeing the results in my fitness level. As somebody who never liked gyms, RTB is a breath of fresh air and I couldn't recommend it enough. They take the time to get to know you and your goals and then work with you to accomplish these. Great place!!!!

I've been attending Bootcamp and Extreme Bootcamp for nearly a year now and it has been such a fantastic thing for both my physical and mental wellbeing. I find it a challenge but you can push yourself as much as you want. The team there have supported me along the way, more so than you would find at most gyms I'm sure. I would whole heartedly recommend RTB Performance to anyone who is either just starting on their fitness journey or those who want to step their fitness up to the next level.

The trainers are fantastic and their knowledge is great! I enjoy the sessions whether it is bootcamp/group training or personal training, as the trainers are supportive of your goals and are dedicated to ensure you reach your goals. As well as the training, nutrition advice is offered as well as rehabilitation. I've had experience with PTs in commercial gyms and have yet to find anyone like the trainers at RTB!!! Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic place! I have been with these guys for just over 2 years and it’s the only thing that’s ever worked for me. The owners and coaches are just brilliant and they genuinely care about YOU and are 100% focused on helping you achieve your goals. I saw Matthew for a Bio Mechanical test as I have had ongoing issues around my left hip. The assessment was extremely thorough & I was interested to see what would come out of it.
The exercises Matthew recommended have started to improve the strength & symmetry of my hips, leading to me feeling better & stronger!
So, if you have a worrying niggle or are just generally interested to know how your body works/moves in exercise, I wholeheartedly recommend going to see Matthew. & make sure you make time for any exercises he may recommend...

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

As a trainer who has been in the industry for over 10 years I have the experience of working with people trying to achieve many different fitness goals. In order to achieve this communication between the trainer and the client is of prime importance. Monthly reviews of your program will be completed and progressions will be made, following discussions with the client, to ensure the client achieve their fitness goals.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Hard work, good diet, discipline and a trainer who knows how to achieve it.

What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy watching clients achieve their goals. Seeing the distance a client travels from day 1 in comparison to the end of the program

What inspired you to start your own business?

I know what works and so had a keen interest to share this information with people interested to learn.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am not your average trainer. I have a Master's degree in Sport & Exercise Science and I am a specialist in Sports Biomechanics. I have worked with a wide spectrum of clients ranging from sedentary looking to get more active to elite athletes looking to maximise their performance. I am also a lecturer in Sport & Exercise Science where i teach the next generation of Personal Trainers.
