Cannot recommend enough! at 9 months pregnant dealing with a party wall dispute is really not ideal. Wayne called me back straight after I left him a message and spend almost an hour on the phone with me explaining what my options are, free of charge. From the start when I contacted Mr W. Bromley regarding my Party Wall Matter , he gave me his time and listened and advised me accordingly and advised me of his fees which were very reasonable .

I have called up a lot of Party Wall surveyors and most of them were not able to explain clearly what and when I need to do to move forward with the project. Wayne replied me swiftly all the time and has taken his time and explain carefully on each step what I have to do based on my situation. He has been very professionally handling my case, and gone on the extra miles and time to help me to complete the agreement. Mr Party deserves more than five stars. He is a diamond.
I live in the North of the UK and phoned round many party wall surveyors. I found that many that I spoke with made my neighbouring dispute sound complicated, but I felt much more relaxed when I spoke to Mr Party Wall; Wayne Bromley.
Wayne works ethically and does not try and run a system which many surveyors seem to, which is when they try and add as much as they can get away with to a time sheet to overcharge. His fees are fixed, but this was not the only reason I hired Wayne. He is extremely dedicated to his work. I hired him because he was very responsive. On one occasion, I called Wayne and he returned the call immediately yet he was on holiday. I now think he is a workaholic I spoke to him at late evenings and at weekends.
Throughout the process of getting the party wall, my neighbour and the opposing surveyor who's fees were unfairly hundreds more than Wayne's, tried a range of tactics to stop our extension on the boundary line. It was very stressful because they made up silly reasons to attempt to stop our extension for example , the neighbour sent us court letters and continually asked for drawings on irrelevant items. Like an agony Aunt, Wayne guided me through and without Wayne I might have given up or gone round the twist. I still have not met Wayne because I was at work when he visited to do the surveyor. It is a shame really that I have not met him to thank him properly. I am really grateful for what he did for our family and if more people were like him, the world would be a greater place. I was served with a Party wall notice from a Party Wall Surveyor acting on behalf of a Property Developer. I was concerned that the notice had been served incorrectly and needed advice. I contacted Mr Party Wall by e-mail and Wayne promptly got back to me to discuss my case. Wayne clearly explained the Party Wall Act and confirmed that he believed that the notice had been served incorrectly. I appointed Wayne as my nominated Party Wall surveyor.The Developers Party Wall surveyor attempted to avoid the correct process and eventually rescinded the notice after a discussion with Wayne who pointed out which notices should have been served. The developer decided to step the development back to avoid building on a line of junction. This was a satisfactory resolution for me. Wayne also advised me on what the developer could now do and what he couldn't do (e.g. no right of access).Wayne was professional throughout and did not charge for his services. The Party Wall Surveyor Wayne came out to see me at very short notice regarding problems I was encountering with neighbours from hell, along with their walls and boundaries. He was excellent and thorough in explaining the Party Wall Act and specified /simplified how it applied to my property. He was a very friendly honest man and nothing seemed too much for him. Outstanding service. Helpful, informative and pleasant.We have never embarked on any building work before so when a party wall notice was thrown into the mix we were extremely worried. Mr Party Wall (Wayne) explained all the different notices and with the assurance of fixed fees we were very relieved.
