As a pet owner of kittens and mother of a small child my carpet was pretty gross, the carpet now looks new and fresh and my older cats have come back into my living room after refusing to do so for months because of the smell of the kittens in the carpet. I had my carpets done today .. great service , very friendly and patient with me . Also. Done very quickly !
I communicated with Sophie and she was quick to respond and although first appointment was cancelled it was done with a week or twos notice and we re arranged . . no fuss very friendly .
He Managed to get out all my patches in my carpet due to me tackling stains myself , and got out most my stains .
I have 3 under 5 yearolds . A dog and a cat .... so there where a few stains .
Hopefully with another deep clean will get out the faded ones ( very light grey carpet , tomato stain ) but very faded !
The carpet dried quite quickly and once it dried my , carpet felt softer and brighter ..

Thomas from Motivated cleaning came today to clean my oven before our house move tomorrow. Two hours solid it took to clean the double oven and make it look like brand new ! !! Very professional and communication beforehand was brilliant - provisionally booked it in with Sophie then when we had a definite moving date messaged Sophie to book it in then a couple of days before Thomas phoned to give a time and confirm all was still ok.
