I was trying to get a mortgage through my bank who I had been with for 15 years and I had been through the application and told how much I could borrow and 2months down the line still no decision on our mortgage. They wanted all sorts of paper work even though I had already given them it I was loosing the plot and was going to loose our dream home as others were interested. So I decided to give Damien Purdy a call to ask advice really. It went from advice to him been at my front door the next day, we sat down and spoke about what I needed. He took all my details my paper work everything he needed to do my application and said leave the rest to me. This is no exaggerating he called me at 3 the same day and told me I had a mortgage he e mailed me the mortgage in principal I put my bid in for the house the rest is history we bought it and moved in. I went from 2 months of been messed about to a mortgage in a day. Do I need to say anymore? I don't think so just do what I did get him to sort it sit back and boom it's done. I was a first time buyer with not really knowing the market and how to go about buying my first home for my family and Damien couldn't of helped more, he made it hassle free experience for me and to be honest was plain sailing with him. Went from hard times with pay slips and accounts to Damien getting by me a acceptance on the first time he put me through. House took between 6 to 8 weeks if I remember rightly and he was at the end of the phone or coming to pick pay slips up from my house etc anytime I needed him. Can not that thank him enough.
