I have been dealing with Ian Yeomans for the past couple of months as a first time buyer. Ian, from day one has been genuinely incredible. Extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Ian is a very personable and approachable gentleman. He has advised us and guided us every single step of the way going above and beyond on a daily basis. He has answered every single petty question of mine for a long time now that really helped reassure us that all was in hand, which I can only apologise for ! The overall mortgage process can be extremely daunting, particularly for those of us that haven't been through it before and it has just been made so much easier with Ian's help. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Thank you for all you have done for us and we can't wait to move into our new home in a few weeks time. We have the house we love, at the best rate possible with minimal delays and it is without question down to you, so thank you again ! More...
