Mon Interiors From initial brief Jen quickly provided some design style ideas that perfectly suited my warehouse apartment conversion. Meeting online we collaborated seamlessly and discussed each space in detail enabling Jen & Lauren to present a fully costed & itemized specification for the project. Changes were easily made through further meetings giving confidence & assurance throughout the whole process Dealing directly with manufacturers they were also able to provide bespoke solutions for bedroom furniture & impressive island kitchen, now the centre piece in revamped dining space. I felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start with the kitchen bu from the initial consultation, right through to completion, Jen helped to make everything easy. I commissioned Mon Interiors to create a design for enhancing the appeal to prospective tenants of 40 self contained apartments in the located in the Chelsea of Manchester.
Our tenants are young professionals. The average length of a tenancy is 18 months and we turnover approximately half of the apartments each year. Reducing the void period and obtaining market rent is our objective.
Jen created a design that not only met our expectations but exceeded them. the effect was immediate with the apartments being let within days of going on the market.
In working with Jen, I was amazed to learn how extensive her knowledge of design is, even down to knowing the designer and price of £600 lamps on the bar at the 5 star Radisson Hotel when we were having a meeting.

What’s your interior design process?
All projects begin with a initial consultation via phone or video call. At this stage we will discuss your project in greater detail, whilst you get to know us and how we work. You will be asked a series of questions in order to develop an accurate and fair fee proposal, tailored to you based on your individual project needs and aspirations. Most projects are approached in four stages; concept, scheme, detailed design and installation – a carefully crafted structure which provides you with presentation points between each stage to gain your thoughts and feedback on the designs we produce. Design Management
With our design management service we are on hand to offer support as you bring your design to life. A number or frequency of site visits is negotiated and we are available via phone or email for the duration of your project. We also handle the full procurement process on your behalf, planning all orders and purchasing to ensure deliveries are timed correctly in line with your project deadline.
Project Management
We manage the installation of your project from beginning to end, including the liaison with contractors on your behalf with regular site visits to monitor progress; ensuring your project is delivered to meet our high standards. We collate competitive costings from trusted contractors appointed as per your preferences and coordinate their schedule in advance to ensure works are carried out in the correct order according to your projects development stages.
