Mms plumbing and bathrooms

My bathroom was refitted by this gentleman last year. His workmanship is poor. He says he will come and does not appear. With no prospect of Mr Crocker putting right his mess, I currently have another workman engaged in removing the bath and tiling to replace badly fitted pipework which has caused extensive leaking through the floor.
