Mittens installed our new bathroom including tiles. The tiles are loose and starting to come off, Mittens tiler used dot and dab method on the tile adhesive application, which most of us know is a big, no, no. Dot and dab adhesive application is the reason why the tiles are loose and starting to come off, Mittens see no wrong in this and are refusing to put right their substandard workmanship.

I have contacted Mittens, sent photos and explained everything to them, they have come back and said that the bathroom project is outside of the six months defect period so therefore there is nothing they can do. I replied stating that this is not good enough, the tiles have been incorrectly installed so therefore the whole bathroom needs to be stripped out, completely re tiled and all bathroom items reinstalled.
