We really enjoyed having Brad with us for the day of our wedding. The photos came out amazing! He really captured every moment beautifully, the serious and not so serious moments.

After my son’s wedding, I spent the weekend in a love-induced haze. He and his new wife infused their wedding day with pure love and inclusion. Everyone there felt like they were part of their love affair. I literally spent several days after the wedding basking in their joy and love. As the work week approached, Monday came and I was back to work. Life returned to normal. Then Brad and Kelly sent me a link to the wedding photos. In the blink of an eye, I was right back at the wedding venue, surrounded by the love that we all felt that day. I was struck once again by the Love Hangover. How can just a few photos draw me into that state? Thing is, Brad and Kelly know what they’re doing. They became a part of the woodwork of the day. They were swift and quiet. Observing the activity and putting themselves at the right place at the right time. Not happy accidents, definitely a sign of experienced artists. They were professional, patient, and warm. Brad hovered around with a smile on his face the entire day. You can tell how much they love what they do. Mintz Photo Studio are storytellers extraordinaire. I am so glad we chose them to record the day. We now have a Love Hangover-inducing record to reflect on for a lifetime. Thank you so very much for all you did for us that day. More...

I cannot say enough about Kelly at See Shore Photography! She is an amazing teacher who is patient, kind, and extremely creative. I looked forward to her class every week! You will not find a better teacher, whether you are just learning how to use your camera and take pictures or if you are more advanced and want to refresh your skills. Kelly has a very hands on approach and will take you on field trips to areas all around to practice photographing in the real world. Definitely the BEST teacher around! More...

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Knowledge of how to handle and get good lighting is the key to a great photo
Also, when we photograph any person or subject we make sure we use many of camera lenses to get unique angles and points of views.
The last thing that makes a great photograph is being highly present and sensitive to the people and our surroundings. This awareness differentiates us from other photographers.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We like to get to know each person or couple whether we are photographing a portrait or wedding. We love to meet at our studio to learn more about your portrait or wedding:
What is this portrait for and what style are you looking for?
If it’s a wedding then we ask:
Where is your wedding and any details about the day?
Formals or candid style or both?
What is important to you for us to know to photograph?
Album style choice linen, leather or no album?
We let couples know, that we provide a private protracted web site PLUS your high res files are yours to keep.
What do you love most about your job?
We love telling stories and each person or couple has a unique story to tell.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We love photography and began our business over 15 years ago because we simply wanted to do what we love every day.
Why should our clients choose you?
Frankly, there are a lot of photographers out there, but few that truly have easy going personalities and know what professionalism means. We just simply know how tc handle the high end wedding or a back yard barbecue.
Finally, it’s rare you’ll get two professional photographers who will capture every angle and be with the couple equally throughout one of the most important days of people’s lives.
