Very good courses and opportunities available with effective and efficient delivery. I have done my sports leaders award with them and learned alot in a short space of time, with consolidation exercises to ensure we all understood and got a very good and valuble day out of it! What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to support business owners and senior leaders find ways of making the breakthroughs that they had never been able to imagine or plan.
Too many businesses do not survive the first few years of operation and that is a tragedy for individuals, their families, the communities in which they live and operate, and the economy as a whole. For me, it is more than a job, it is chosen vocation - I believe in the entrepreneurial spirit of small and medium sized business owners across the country and love to be able to help challenge and support them to grow and succeed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have owned my own business and also successfully been part of the leadership team of others, and I knew that I had a bigger game. By working within one business, I was helping it to grow and flourish, but I wanted to help more and that's why I started the business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am tenacious, focused and challenging. My passion to support businesses means that I do not accept excuses, denial or blame, but work with my clients to find real solutions to the challenges facing them. Coaching with me is not easy, and I believe great coaching shouldn't be; however, by choosing me, you are choosing to have someone on your team who is championing you and focused on taking you to the next level.
