I believe that each individual has the ability to reach their true potential within safe and non-judgemental space that the therapeutic relationship can offer.
I integrate many different approaches depending on each client’s specific requirements and facilitate all clients to develop clarity so that they may live with greater meaning, awareness and peace of mind.

I work with adults concerning the following: depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement and loss, work related issues, post traumatic stress disorder or any type of trauma, relationship issues, sexual identity issues, anger management problems, low self esteem, lack of self-care, living with serious illness and family issues.
